We collect various types of personal data from our customers. In this policy, we refer to individuals whose identifiable personal data has been collected as the “Customer”. Fizza Oy is referred to as the “Company”.

What personal data does Fizza Oy collect, and how is it processed?

We collect the following personal data from Customers:

  • Phone number
  • Email address

Additionally, the Company may collect:

  • Address
  • Commencement date of the customer relationship
  • Direct marketing consent
  • Communication-related consents

If you contact the Company via email, phone, or any service managed by us, we may collect:

  • Correspondence between you and the Company

Furthermore, we collect the following from all website visitors:

Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

Your personal data is used for conducting the Company’s business, improving and developing the customer experience, and for direct marketing. The Company processes personal data to fulfill obligations based on the customer relationship only with your consent. In such cases, data is used for targeted marketing, website traffic analysis, and maintaining the customer relationship.

3. Data Storage and Disclosure

The Company does not disclose customer personal data outside the organization. To reach our customers effectively, we may use third-party advertising, where the Company may share customer data (name, email) with the provider. In these cases, the marketing company acts as a service provider, and data processing is governed by an agreement.

The Company does not transfer personal data outside the Company without the Customer’s permission, unless required by law.

4. Deletion of Data

The Company retains personal data for five (5) years from the last contact with the Customer. A Customer may request the deletion of their data. Data related to complaints is stored as long as necessary to fulfill accounting obligations and to defend against potential legal claims. Website analytical data is stored for five years.

To request data deletion, contact contact@fizza.fi. The Company will only retain data despite a deletion request if there is a justified reason, such as a legal obligation. In such cases, the Customer will always be notified.

5. Customer Rights

The customer has the right to know what information is collected about them and what the information is used for. The customer can also request an explanation of why the data is collected, how long the data is stored, and to whom the data is disclosed or intended to be disclosed.

If the customer notices an error in their data, they have the right to request a correction of the data by contacting the Company (contact@fizza.fi).

The customer has the right to forbid direct marketing and restrict the use of personal data in marketing. In addition, the Customer has the right to object to the processing of personal data in specific personal situations.

If the Customer feels that the Company’s data protection is insufficient or incompatible with data protection legislation, the Customer is entitled to lodge a complaint.

6. Data Portability

Customers may request the transfer of their personal data to another organization. In such cases, the Company will provide the data in an electronic format directly to the Customer. To request a transfer, please contact Fizza Oy via email (see Section 1).

7. Cookies

This website uses cookies to track visitor activity and sessions. Cookies are small text files sent to your device by the website’s server. Only the website’s server can read these cookies.
