Fizza opened a new fresh pizza vending machine in Koria on Monday, February 16, at Kyminasemantie 1, 45610. This marks the sixth Fizza machine for the Kouvola region’s entrepreneurs, making them Fizza’s largest franchise operator in Finland.
The new machine makes high-quality, fresh pizza easily available around the clock, now also in Koria. Fizza’s pizzas, which are handmade in Finland, bake in the machine in just three minutes. Alternatively, they can be taken cold and fresh in 30 seconds to be baked at home in a regular oven.
The entrepreneurs behind Fizza’s operations in Kouvola—Mikko Poikolainen, Junski Hannikainen, and Simo Eerola—have expanded their network gradually as demand has grown.
“Opening our sixth machine is a major milestone for us. This didn’t happen overnight, but piece by piece. Customers have been active in telling us where the next machine should open, and we have listened closely. We will definitely continue doing the same moving forward,” says Fizza entrepreneur Junski Hannikainen.
The entrepreneurs are inviting local residents to share their suggestions for future locations. Tips can be sent to kouvola@fizza.fi, and the best suggestions will be rewarded with pizza prizes.
Fizza has rapidly grown into a nationwide network, with machines operating in dozens of locations across Finland. The growth continues strong into 2026, with new openings scheduled in various municipalities.
