Fizza, which got off to a strong start in Lahti, is now expanding to Hollola. Following the success in Lahti, Fizza’s second pizza vending machine in the Päijät-Häme region will open on Tuesday, January 21, in Hollola at Terveystie 18. The business is run by local entrepreneurs Tomi and Susanna Vaalivuori, who were also behind the successful launch in Lahti.
Fizza in Lahti has experienced a powerful kickoff. In the weeks following the opening, the machine has attracted a large number of new customers, and Fizza has also been actively involved in local events. For instance, during a Pelicans home game, pizza tastings were organized outside the arena, drawing plenty of interest.
“The reception in Lahti has been incredibly enthusiastic. People have come over to chat, taste the pizza, and give direct feedback. That gave us a great signal to quickly expand to Hollola as well,” says local Fizza entrepreneur Tomi Vaalivuori.
Fizza is known for its handmade pizzas made in Finland and its ultimate convenience. The pizza machine operates 24/7, serving hot pizza in just three minutes. Prices range from €7.90 to €14.50. Fizza’s goal is to build a comprehensive network of machines across the Päijät-Häme region. Future locations are being actively mapped out, and Fizza wants to involve the local community in the process.
“Local residents have the best insight into where a pizza machine would truly help their daily lives. We are now looking for tips on new locations as well as events where people would love to see Fizza. Great ideas will, of course, be rewarded with free pizza,” says local Fizza entrepreneur Susanna Vaalivuori.
